How do I cook a frozen Chinese dumpling?
I bought a Chinese dumpling (the big kind) from the frozen section and I’m not sure how to cook it. Also do you have any tips or a sauce I could make?
Cho Shu Bao is what they’re called, and you steam them. If frozen, about 1/2 hour, if thawed, about 15 minutes…….you can steam them on a vegetable steamer (the metal kind) or a makeshift one if need be……..Enjoy!!!
